At the level 60 twinking segment

Okay, so certain stage 60 twinks were able to stage technological innovation to 450 before it was nerfed and those who were able to keep it have this crowded out product at their prepared.  The segment is excitedly pushing with stage 60 shows who use this product in Battlegrounds, one-shotting anyone with no issue at all, often critting for 10k or more.  Banner providers don't take a position a opportunity among others.

At the level 60 twinking segment, the normal twink has maybe 8k hp, more or less based on specifications and category so this particular product mows down whole categories of gamers by 1 gamer on the other faction. 

Please, I'm asking you put a stage need on this crowded out product of at least stage 70 because this product has no position in the 60s segment and creates the battlegrounds benefit anyone who has one, regardless of expertise.
